Caregiver Support

The HPCO team has been working diligently to create a comprehensive set of caregiver modules with the goal of providing support through information and resources to caregivers.  These modules cover a wide range of topics from being abe to meet the physical, spiritual, and cultural needs of your loved one, learning how to deal with your own emotions and feelings, improving communication amongst your family, and learning to cope with the end of life process.

The modules are FREE to access and available in a variety of formats:  electronic webpage, PDFs and trancribed audio clips.  They are also available in English, French and First Nations.  Please share the following link with anyone you know that could benefit from these modules:
